U.S. Customers
Upon checkout, you will be given the option to ship using UPS or USPS. Please note we do not ship to the following states: Arizona, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New York, South Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin.

Age verified orders made before 2:00 pm PST Monday – Friday will process that same day. Age verified orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will process the next business day. Age verified orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m. PST – Sunday will be processed the next business day. Please note, UPS calculates time in transit in relation to business days only.

Shipping Confirmations

A confirmation of your order will be emailed to you after finalizing your purchase. Once your package has been shipped, Fumari.com will also send you a shipping confirmation email. Instructions on how to track your package (for domestic orders) will be included as well. Please remember that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. California Customers

All deliveries to California from Fumari.com now require an adult signature. Prior to shipping your order, you’ll receive an automated call from Fumari confirming your order will be shipped. There is no action required from you, this call is simply informational. Due to the Automated Call requirement, your order will be shipped the next business day following the call. Automated calls are required by law to be placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time and shipments cannot be released from our warehouse to UPS or USPS until the call has been made. As a result, your order will be picked up by UPS or USPS the next business day even if it is placed before our standard 2:00 PM Pacific Time cut off for same-day processing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Fumari.com ships orders internationally to most countries. Please note that some countries charge additional taxes on tobacco products that Fumari has no control over. Please contact your country’s Customs office for current tobacco taxation laws. For orders returned to Fumari from a Customs Office, customers will be refunded the value of the products we receive. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURNS

Thank you for placing an order with Fumari.com. We hope that you enjoy your purchase. In the event that you are unhappy for any reason with your online purchase, please follow the directions below for website returns.

Merchandise purchased from Fumari.com may be returned within 30 days starting from the date your package has been received. To initiate the return process please call or email customer service. All products must be in original condition (unused) and accompanied by a Fumari issued return request form. Refunds will be processed between 1-2 business days after having been received and will only include merchandise (initial shipping costs are non-refundable).

Please insure your package for the retail value of the items. This way you will be protected if the package is lost or damaged.

CLAIMS

Filing a claim

In the case of missing or wrong merchandise, please call or email customer service within 3 days of receiving your order.

In the case of damaged merchandise, please keep the goods that will need to be replaced in the original shipping box and call or email customer service within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that you may be asked to submit photographs of the items being reported.

In the case of lost packages, please allow a Fumari representative to initiate the claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. As soon as you are aware your package has not been delivered in accordance with the tracking number, please call or email customer service.

Claim resolution

If it is determined that an error was made by our fulfillment team Fumari will issue an immediate replacement at no additional charge.

If it is determined that the loss is a result of the shipping carrier having mishandled your package, Fumari will not be able to replace the product until the shipping carrier has completed their inspection. We do everything we can for this to take place in a timely fashion. Typically, loss claims are resolved within 5 days and are handled in the form of a replacement only.
